During a mail service disruption, we’re here to help you manage your account and keep you informed.
Westario Power Inc. has many convenient options for you to make payments and access WPI account information. Please do not mail your payments during the strike, as mail may not be delivered, and your payment could arrive late. Although you may not receive any mail during a mail service disruption, you still must make bill payments.
How can customers pay their Westario Power Inc. invoice?
There are a number of bill payment options:
Online using internet banking
Pre-Authorized Payment customers will continue to have payments withdrawn – consider signing up today!
By Visa or MasterCard using Paymentus (a service fee applies to credit card payments)
Telephone banking services offered by your bank
In person at your bank (customers will need their Westario Power Inc. account number)
Bill payment drop box located at Westario Power Inc. – 24 Eastridge Road, Walkerton (cheque or money order only)
How do I get my bills during a postal strike?
Sign up for e-Billing to receive your bill electronically. You will receive an e-mail notification with a summary of your bill and a link to view your bill on our secure website. Sign up for e-Billing.
You can call our Customer Service Department at 866-978-2746 or 519-507-6937 to obtain your current balance and due date.
