Westario Power Inc. (“Westario Power”) hereby applies to the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) for approval of its 2020 Distribution Rate Adjustments effective Jan 1, 2020. Westario Power applies for an Order or Orders approving the proposed distribution rates and other charges as set out in Appendix 2 of this Application as just and reasonable rates and charges pursuant to Section 78 of the OEBAct.
